Refund policy
We appreciate your shopping experience at SEYANTE. Our endeavor is to ensure a risk-free shopping experience for our customers. Hence, we offer returns within 90 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, you must postmark your items for return within 90 days of delivery receipt. We ensure that the refunds are made using the original method of payment.
Return Conditions
We request you to kindly ensure that the items are in new, unused, or unwashed condition. The items should also contain all original product inserts, accessories, and bags. We thoroughly inspect all returned items before initiating a refund, which will be based on the condition of the item.
Wrong or Damaged Items
In case you have received a wrong or damaged item, kindly Contact Us within 90 days of receiving the order. This would make you eligible for a free exchange with a new, similar product, or a full refund (this does not include items sold as part of any promotions).
Return Exceptions
Please note that we do not accept returns on final sale items. We also do not accept returns for international orders. The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all costs incurred in returning the item to us.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This is due to the reason that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds Processing
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 10 to 14 business days for us to process your return. After receiving the item(s), we will initiate the refund and notify you via email. Following this, the full refund amount will be credited back to the original account within 3 to 5 business days.
