Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Once an order is processed and shipped out, we are unable to change the delivery address or other aspects of the order.
Free Shipping Site-Wide
SEYANTE offers free domestic ground shipping for all United States-based orders. This includes all 62 States (including Alaska and Hawaii), as well as American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, military bases, APO, DPO, and FPO. All other orders (express domestic shipping) will incur shipping fees.
When you place your order, you will receive an approximate delivery time based on the availability of your items and our order processing time. Upon shipment of your order, we will send you a tracking number through email. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update online.
Shipping Times
Standard Free Shipping: Arrives in 6-8 business days
3 Day Select Shipping: Arrives in 3-4 business days
International Shipping
For international orders, please allow an additional 2-4 business days for processing time. All international shipments are subject to customs duties/taxes, which are not included in the shipping rate calculated at checkout. The recipient is responsible for any customs fees, collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.
For large international orders, additional shipping fees may apply based on order volume and will be invoiced separately.
