Flexible Payment, Shop Pay & Other Payment Methods

We accommodate various payment options for your convenience. You can pay using major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, or opt for Paypal, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay.

Shop Pay is a quick, secure, and flexible payment option that lets you complete your purchase on SEYANTE's Shopify-based platform in just one tap. When you're set to finalize your order, simply select Shop Pay as your payment method. You'll then be presented with options to either "Pay Now" or "Split into 4 Interest-Free Payments." Pick the option that aligns with your financial plans.

Shop Pay provides a quick and secure checkout, saving your information securely. It allows you to breeze through checkout in just one tap. Shop Pay is extremely secure, using advanced encryption to protect your personal information. Your financial details are securely stored and never shared.

Shop Pay Installments allow you to make 4 interest-free payments every two weeks, or choose monthly installments, making luxury more accessible. When you proceed to checkout, Shop Pay will automatically provide the option to either pay in full or select from two installment options based on your cart size. Eligibility for Shop Pay Installments is subject to an eligibility check provided by lending partners and may require a down payment.

There are no late fees or hidden fees for the 4 interest-free payments. Rates for monthly installments vary from 0% APR to 10-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required.

Choosing Shop Pay Installments will perform a soft credit check, which won't impact your credit score. If you make a return, the amount is refunded back to the original payment method, and your future installment payments are adjusted or canceled accordingly.

Shipping and Returns

Allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed by SEYANTE. After processing, expect your Standard Free Shipping order to arrive in 6-8 business days, while the 3 Day Select Shipping takes 3-4 business days to arrive.

All U.S.-based orders, whether they're from the mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories, qualify for free domestic ground shipping. For international orders, extra charges and custom duties may be applicable.

After your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number.To start a return, ensure that your items comply with our return conditions: they must be new, unused, and unwashed. Make sure to postmark your return within 90 days. Refunds usually take 10-14 business days to process and will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, don’t worry! Contact us within 15 days, and we’ll arrange either a full refund or an exchange at no extra cost to you. To initiate a return, ensure your items are in new, unused, and unwashed condition and returned within 90 days of receipt. For returns involving items valued over $75, it's advised to use trackable shipping or purchase shipping insurance. We typically take about 10 to 14 business days to go over your returned items. Once processed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically appearing within 3 to 5 business days.

Final sale items and international orders are not eligible for return.

We collect non-personal data such as IP addresses, browser specifications, and ISP details for analytical reasons. Cookies are used to enhance your browsing experience and we do feature third-party ads.

SEYANTE does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. This policy applies only to online activities on our website.

Gift Cards and Promotions

Need a gift card? Grab them directly from our site! But remember, once bought, they can't be returned or exchanged for cash. To check the balance, email info@seyante.com with the subject line ‘Gift Card Balance Request’.

Final sale items are excluded from promotional activities. Some promotional offers may not extend to international orders. Promotional and discount codes are active for the designated promotional period only and can't be applied to purchases made outside of this timeframe. Also, you can’t stack multiple promo codes in a single order.

Items tagged as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange and cannot be included in promotional offers.

Sales tax is determined based on your location and its applicable state laws. Your credit card is billed the moment your order is successfully submitted. We cannot modify your order once it has been finalized.

To properly care for your SEYANTE luxury bathrobe, always start by checking the care label for any specific instructions. Each SEYANTE robe is made from unique materials that may require different care steps. For general washing, use a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild detergent that's free from harsh chemicals, bleach, or fabric softeners. After washing your robe, either air-dry it or use a tumble dryer on the lowest heat setting. This helps maintain its soft texture and minimizes shrinkage. To ensure your robe retains its luxurious feel, hang it on a sturdy hanger to avoid wrinkles and creases. Before storing, ensure the robe is fully dry. Provide adequate space in your closet to maintain its form. If it has been stored for an extended period, air it out to refresh it.

Long-lasting elegance can be achieved by frequently rotating your SEYANTE robes if you own more than one. This helps each robe retain its natural fluffiness and shape. For any minor snags or stains, it’s best to address them immediately. Use a mild detergent and cold water to gently treat stains before washing the robe as you usually would.
